Terms of service

Last updated 8 September 2026. Please read these terms before using DraftMyEOT.

What DraftMyEOT is

DraftMyEOT is software that helps construction contractors and claims consultants track contractual notice deadlines, organize site evidence, and generate draft Extension of Time (EOT) documentation. DraftMyEOT is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Every claim, letter, or rebuttal it generates is explicitly a draft for review by a qualified professional before it is relied upon or submitted to any employer, Engineer, or Authority Engineer.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any notice, claim, or draft produced through the product will be accepted, that any deadline calculation is free of error for your specific contract, or that any particular EOT or cost entitlement will be granted. You remain responsible for verifying every date, clause reference, and figure against your actual contract before acting on it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload or enter, for obtaining appropriate professional review before submission of any generated document, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed per company, not per seat, on the cadence shown at checkout (per-claim, project-based, or annual). Annual plans paid upfront receive the discount stated at time of purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time; existing data remains accessible for export for a reasonable period after cancellation.

Data and confidentiality

Your project data belongs to you. See our Privacy policy for how it is stored, processed, and shared. We do not use your project data in marketing or name you as a customer without your written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftMyEOT's liability for any claim arising from use of the product is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including any liquidated damages deduction or lost entitlement arising from reliance on an unreviewed draft.

Changes to these terms

We will notify account Admins of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
