Last updated 8 September 2026. This page describes how DraftMyEOT handles the information you and your company put into the product.
Account details you provide at signup (name, work email, company name and country), the project, contract, delay-event, and evidence records you upload or enter, and basic product-usage events (page views, feature use) used to improve the product.
Each company's workspace is isolated at the database level. Uploaded documents and evidence sit in private storage with signed, time-limited access URLs, not public links. Consultants you invite see only the specific project you grant them, for as long as that invitation stays active.
Contract extraction, letter drafting, and claim drafting are performed by sending the relevant text (and, for diary transcription, images) to a third-party language model API through a server-side function. Your document text is not used to train shared, general-purpose models. We disclose this chain plainly if you ask, project by project.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the sub-processors needed to run the product (cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, the AI drafting API, and, if you enable billing, our payment processor), and with any consultant you explicitly invite to a project.
We will tell you plainly which hosting region your company's workspace lives in before you commit. Single-tenant hosting is available as a premium option for clients with stricter residency requirements.
You can export your data, revoke a consultant's access instantly, and request deletion of your company's workspace by contacting us at the address below.
